7th item slot - League of Legends Community Jul 26, 2012 · It is one of those late game things where you have 6 items and all elixers and stuff, there should be a 7th slot that only lets you stack 2 wards when all other 6 items slots are taken.

Trinket item slot bug - League of Legends Community So there's a bug atm where you put your focus target on someone it shows their trinket at the 1st slot but if you mouseover it shows the tooltip of the item really in the 1st item slot.
